Lately life has been so good. I feel like I have so much to be thankful for in my life. I love living here on the central coast and I love my friends. I have lived her long enough to have made super close friends. I never would have thought that I would be this happy living so far away from my closest friends from college but what's so great is that I get to have both. Close friends from college and close friends here. Not only that I get to be close to my entire family and we see each other all the time. There's always someone's birthday to celebrate and Holidays to be spent with each other. I really like my job at the buck (as said by travis avila in ref. to starbucks) and I still nanny here and there, too. I love doing both.

I know some people who are going through really difficult times right now and it's been such a blessing to be able to minister to them. To come to this place with jesus where He shows me where he's brought me and how He has delivered me from times of stress and hurt and even lonliness. Thank goodness that through my sufferings He helps me and heals me and then while I may not realize it at the time, it will enable me to comfort others as they too walk through life's disappointments. Then He will help them too just as He has me! I am completely comforted by the fact of God's faithfulness to us His children. I get excited to know that when I am doing well there will be someone He places in my life to reach out to and when I need someone to reach out to me I know He will provide a friend or spiritual mentor to lead me to Him. It's just so exciting to rest in that!!

He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. Psalm 23: 2-3

I also want to say Happy birthday to my beautiful friend Kim who just had her 30th Birthday and to My beautiful friend Erin and My Brothers beautiful girlfriend Danielle. I love you all!

Jamie,

I am very blessed to call you my good friend! I enjoy the times that we spend together laughing, napping, chatting about the deep things in our heart, crying, and watching crappy reality shows. I am so excited for this year to see what the Lord has for you.

Love you!
Leah

Lincoln is doing great and growing so fast. He stands out everywhere with his very red hair. You can stay with us anytime you come down.
